AG is de tentoonstellingsruimte van Hogeschool voor de Kunsten Utrecht (HKU) in het centrum van de stad. Middels exposities en aanverwante activiteiten wordt hier het beste getoond van wat HKU op het gebied van design, media en beeldende kunst te bieden heeft. Voor bijzondere presentaties met werk van veelbelovende studenten en zich onderscheidende alumni.
CareFull
Ter gelegenheid van Kunstmanifestatie CareFull presenteert AG, de tentoonstellingsruimte van HKU, deel twee van Tracing the Body, een nieuw project van Eva Spierenburg m.m.v. Emmie Liebregts, Natalia Ossef en Jeltje Schuurmans. Na in 2009 te zijn afgestudeerd aan HKU Fine Art heeft Spierenburg’s kunstenaarschap een boeiende ontwikkeling doorgemaakt, met onder andere een tweejarige studieperiode aan de Rijksakademie voor Beeldende Kunsten en een groot aantal tentoonstellingen, onder meer in het Centraal Museum. Sinds langere tijd concentreert haar werk zich rond het lichamelijke en mentale functioneren van het individu in de omringende wereld, waarmee het prachtig past binnen de context van CareFull.

CareFull
On the occasion of Kunstmanifestatie CareFull (Art Manifestation CareFull), AG, the exhibition space presents of the HKU, presents part two of Tracing the Body, a new project by Eva Spierenburg with input from Emmie Liebregts, Natalia Ossef and Jeltje Schuurmans. After graduating from HKU Fine Art in 2009, Spierenburg’s artistry has undergone an exciting development, including a two-year study period at the Rijksakademie voor Beeldende Kunsten and a large number of exhibitions, including at the Centraal Museum. For some time now, her work has centred around the physical and mental functioning of the individual in the surrounding world, thus fitting beautifully within the context of CareFull.
